Anand Mohan Murthy

Anand graduated in law from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and enrolled with the then Andhra Pradesh Bar Council in 2006. While completing his law degree, he also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR.

His career combines in-house legal leadership, corporate advisory and litigation. He served as Head–Legal at Ocean Sparkle Limited, a port management company subsequently acquired by Adani Ports SEZ, and as Group Head–Legal at Ramky Group, whose businesses span infrastructure, waste management, real estate and pharmaceuticals.

Following his corporate roles, Anand joined Mohan & Co. Advocates, the firm founded by his father, N. Madan Mohan Murthy, as a partner. There, he led and developed the corporate practice. Drawing on his experience in business law and disputes, he founded AMM Law Offices in 2023.

Sandhya Nagavarpu

Sandhya is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of post-qualification experience in forensic and fraud investigations, with a particular focus on anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC). Her professional experience includes roles at KPMG, Ernst & Young and Amazon.

She has led proactive and reactive investigation assignments across pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, sports, treasury, retail and hospitality. At Amazon, she led the Continuous Control and Monitoring Operations Team, identifying patterns in employee expense reimbursements and contributing to the recovery of millions of dollars in fraudulent expenses. She received the TERA-ffic Needle Mover Award in 2021.

Her work includes ABAC policy reviews, assessments under the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and UK Bribery Act, and whistleblower investigations. She combines investigation planning, data analysis, root-cause assessment and practical remediation to help organisations identify and manage financial and fraud risks.

Adnan Mohammed

Adnan completed his B.A. LL.B. at Osmania University in 2006, earning academic awards during his legal education. He also holds a master’s degree in Law of Torts & Crimes from Osmania University.

His litigation practice spans civil, criminal, constitutional, insolvency, revenue, family and succession matters. His experience includes serving as Standing Counsel for TSGENCO and representing clients in complex proceedings before courts across the country.

Adnan began his professional training with his father, Mohd Osman Shaheed, a senior advocate with more than five decades of practice, an author on Muslim personal laws and a former Additional Public Prosecutor at the common High Court for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

He has handled significant disputes, including matters concerning the Nizam’s properties and inheritance, bringing sustained courtroom experience to contentious property and succession issues.

Jyothi Das

Jyothi completed her B.A. LL.B. at Osmania University in 2006 and earned her LL.M. from Queen Mary, University of London, in 2008. She also holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Intellectual Property Rights from NLSIU, Bengaluru (2005), and Alternative Dispute Resolution from ICADR–NALSAR, Hyderabad (2007).

Based in Hyderabad, she advises on workplace sexual harassment prevention and redressal. Her work includes serving as an external member of Internal Committees for technology businesses and multinational organisations, including Big Four firms.

She is a certified external member for POSH Internal Committees through the Labour Laws Department. She assists with complex complaints and conducts awareness programmes and training for employees and committee members. Her experience includes sessions for Invesco, NTT Data Business Solutions, Signode India, HRH Next, Questo Wellbeing and Broadway Technologies.

Her published profile also records external-member appointments for the South Zone states of the National Company Law Tribunal and the POSH Internal Committee of CDFD under the Ministry of Science & Technology.

Pooja Chaterjee

Pooja is a corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising on high-value and complex matters in energy, mining and infrastructure.

Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, structured finance and cross-border transactions. She has advised on substantial debt restructurings, settlements and special situations funding.
